Is it safe to rotate PDF pages online — will my document be uploaded?

Which rotation angles are supported?

Pages move in standard PDF quarter turns: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. Each click adds or subtracts 90°. The final angle is written with pdf-lib’s setRotation(degrees(...)) using those discrete values, which viewers and printers expect.

Will rotating pages break fonts, text, or layout?

No. This tool does not rasterize or re-export pages as images. It updates each page’s rotation metadata so text, fonts, and vector graphics stay intact — only the viewing orientation changes. Password-protected or corrupt files are rejected with a clear error instead of a damaged download.
